Jay Estrada is a Graphic Designer/Illustrator Artist based in Houston. A graduate of the Art Institute of Houston by way of Galveston Island, with a graffiti based background, Jay's paintings can be seen from afar with the boldness of color and hard edge, stained glass cathedral window influence.
Not totally drawn to a specific subject matter, Jay enjoys using his personal art to get away from the everyday, 9-5 grind of creating graphics for the custom apparel company, Texas Ink.
"At 46, I feel like I am still learning and exploring who I am as an artist. Moonlighting as a writer/director filmmaker, I also love playing guitar whenever I feel I need a mental getaway. In my heart, I'm an artist on so many levels. And I love the artist community and support".
